Ella Littwitz is a Laureate of the HISK (Ghent, Belgium) in 2015 and received her BFA from Bezalel (Jerusalem, Israel) in 2009.

Littwitz exhibited in Israel, Europe and the US including the 6th Moscow Biennial Special Program(2015), the 12th Istanbul Biennial (2011), the Salzburger Kunstverein (Austria, 2016), the Herzliya Museum of Contemporary Art (Israel, 2012) and the Jerusalem Artists’ house (Israel, 2015).

She also received multiple awards including the Lottery Grant (Israel, 2017); Igal Ahouvi Art Collection Most Promising Artist Award (Israel. 2013); the Botin Foundation Grant (Santander, Spain. 2012-2013); the Arbeitsstipendium Stiftung Kunstfonds (Bonn, Germany. 2012); the Mitchell Presser Excellence Award granted by Bezalel Academy (Jerusalem, Israel. 2009) and the America – Israel Cultural Foundation scholarship (Israel. 2008-2010).
